Kuito, Angola, May, 22, 2006.Jacinto, 42, suffers from Tuberculosis and is a patient in Bié Province Hospital. TB is endemic in the region, fueled by poverty, malnutrition, inadequate hygiene and the rapid spreading of HIV/AIDS since the end of the civil war in 2002.
