Brega, Libya, June 27, 2011..Picture taken during a government organized trip. NATO planes are constantly flying overhead. NATO raids have repeatedly hit several buildings within the Brega oil terminal and refinery, despite declarations by local workers insisting they were strictly civilian; however evidence of at least some military presence could be seen in various locations.
