Tbilissi, Georgia; August 17, 2008.A soviet-era school is slowly being converted as a small IDP camp. According to the Georgian government, 118000 people have been displaced as a result from the conflict, however relatively few stay in IDP camps as most have found refuge with relatives living out of the affected areas.
