Tripoli, Libya, March 17, 2011.Thousands of refugees, mostly African and Egyptian workers stayed in very difficult conditions near Tripoli airport for many days, sometimes weeks, in the hope of a flight that would take them home. Today, less 1000 remain, mostly Ghaneans, but the imposition of the no-fly zone might make their return home impossible; they have no ressources, nowhere to go, and most of them are 'illegal' immigrants in Libya.
