Brega, Libya, June 27, 2011..Picture taken during a government organized trip. NATO raids have repeatedly hit several buildings within the Brega oil terminal and refinery, despite declarations by local workers insisting they were strictly civilian; however evidence of at least some military presence could be seen in various locations.
