Port au Prince, Haiti, Jan 16 2010.Marie Marthe Doval, 11 suffers from multiple open fractures of her right leg; she is in great pain as a Canadian volunteer aid worker changes her dressing and cleans her terrible wound without any pain killer. The Central University Hospital is overwhelmed by the number of victims, many stay in the garden with almost no treatment for their often serious injuries as the hospital has run out of most medecine such as analgesics.
