Bahai, Eastern Tchad, June 10, 2004.Hamila, right, is one of approximatively 6000 Sudanese refugees who have been living for over 4 months in makeshift shelters in Wadi Howa, marking the border between Tchad and Sudan, without hardly any outside help.
